Looks good. Getting a bit of a beak sets square filing apart from round.Im slowly making progress with this square filing

My paternal grandparents live 8 miles north of Wenger’s.Yesterday I took a little road trip to Wenger's Equipment in Myerstown to pick up a 6ft JD scraper blade for $400
Came home from AM work shift, got into an argument with my mom and went into my shop reducing old-school solid wood furniture into kindling/firewood.

This is hardwood, fairly straight grained, healthy.
Not the modern $#itty pressed wood chip stuff.
She had her daughters dismantle several, decades old, German made furniture pieces and replaced them with inferior modern crap a couple months ago.Was it her good furniture?![]()

I am not in the habit of replacing functional stuff for the sole purpose of buying new.Speaking as someone who's a bit Bi-polar, I hope all is OK Wilhelm!
That said, old but damaged furniture can make a pretty good fire. The salvage guy I've mentioned elsewhere, often had piles of it.
With lube!I really do not know how to take that post..................![]()
