Well I gotta have another biopsy done in 2 weeks. Gonna take 1 off each side of my tongue and 1 off each side of my lower outside jaw tissue. This sucks ass.

Got call from doctors office yesterday afternoon and byoptsy came back at stage 1 still,so from what I get everything is still right on the verge of turning into full blown cancer. Just have to keep doing what were doing. Thought I'd give yall an update since I've been putting this out there

My non medical advice, for what it is worth, avoid processed foods at all cost and eat plenty of veggies, especially Broccoli. Also, always try to use the healthier oils like Olive Oil on salads and such (I love Spinach salad).

Cancers feed off the fats and toxins that are found in many processed foods.
