Also planted by my dad . . .

Whenever I kill something he planted I get that look as if I was cutting pieces of him off. :(
Problem is, he is no longer capable to maintain the yard so it all waits for me to get done.
My dad was the same way. Doesn’t make you feel very good, but the job still needs to be done.

I just removed a hornet out of the bathroom, I heard it humming all the way to the living room where I cuddled with the pup.
That could have made an unpleasant scare for anyone occupying the loo.

I will have to keep my eyes open for hornet nests, don't want any near me nor my house.

I finished up a Scag Super Z that belongs to an older friend of mine. I troubleshot the thing for a few hours. It had an intermittent problem. It would drop a cylinder after 15-20 minutes of run time, cut it off and then run fine for a while. I found a bad lifter. I was told the CV-18's were bad for it.

Just dropped a few small trees at the Fish + Game club. The MMWS 462 w/20" light bar is a great all around saw … light enough for limbing and strong enough for bucking!

A lot more to do over there over the next week or so.

Sharpened chains and made a few loops. Worked on a echo timberwolf that needs a new carb, a old toro mini cultivator that needed a carb and fuel lines and a husky 450 that had a broken tooth on the spur sprocket. It was my first time seeing a tooth broken off like that. I also set up a cool little Stihl electric pressure washer for the showroom.

Looks beautiful buddy!

Looks awesome Wilhelm. [emoji106][emoji482]
Thanks

6HP 20" walk behind mower set to second lowest notch in front of the house, and the lowest notch behind the house.
The brownish areas will be back to dark green by Sunday.
Mowing this low is not a walk in the park as the mowers housing keeps getting stuck and bottoming out on every bump in the lawn - but it gives me a couple days more till I have to mow the lawn again.

You missed a stone......

Crap ! ! !

Out come the tyres today to be de-stoned again.

And I feared I'd have to buck firewood logs today, thankfully I am saved from that job. :p
