Over the past couple of years I have put Nikon scopes on my Cross Bow, MZ, and my rifle, and have taken deer with each of them.

IMO, they are great for the $, and help my old eyes see "young" again! As I get older, quality optics seem more essential, especially in low light situations.

Nice! Any vids of it cutting rounds?

Nope sorry, I did give my phone to my friend helping me but he obviously didn't know how to use it as there were no vids of me using it when I looked later. BTW I don't think we can exactly call them 'rounds' ;)

Those Nikon scopes are nice, i used a .22 in a competition shoot that was topped with a prostaff, very nice.
My scope of choice is Meopta, all my shooting is at night and they perform exceptionally.

First ER visit ever, this is a first I would have gladly done without.

Great work there Frank, but let me echo what Jeff said … the X-27 works great for me and is so much lighter to swing. Speed/Sharpness is the key, you obviously have the rest of the technique down quite well (walk the line across, focus on the edges that provide more leverage than the middle).

Accuracy is always important, I think most folks who do not like the X-27 can't hit the same line twice!
