I've been to Oregon. It's pretty, didn't rain a whole lot, saw some big azz trees you could drive through. Best thing about it was it was the middle of July and it was in the 70°s the whole time. Big shock when I got back to ky with High 90°s and 100% humidity.

i lived in hawaii for 2 years on the island of oahu and the weather was always nice it did rain but not every day it was 75-80 degrees year round and the wind was always blowing.

Finished the floatplane to wheel plane conversion today and checked out the pilot on the newly configured aircraft. Three days from now and I'll be headed back to the USA via a convoluted combination of vehicles, boats, planes, moto taxis, car taxis, trains, and finally my own vehicle piloted by my wife. Enjoying the jungle but will be glad to get back to air conditioning. Oh, the Amazon has not been all cut down despite rumors you may have heard.

Worked 11-7 and finished up till Tuesday! Came home grabbed some coffee and some saws. Headed next door to the neighbors house and took down his leaning English Walnut tree. Got it all cleaned up except for the bottom 10' of trunk. Goodnight![emoji42] [emoji42]

Today we took delivery of the new furniture my wife had me take her shopping for a month ago. This afternoon was spent putting together tables and some chairs.
The out for some Greek food with the extended family.

Tomorrow will be one more table and some more chairs...

Stopped by the local Stihl dealer here along the Amazon to see what they had. Actually a pretty good selection and due to the very strong dollar (or weak Reals) the prices were pretty close to USA prices. (about $80 for a 30" bar, about $1050 for an MS660, etc.) Just had happened by while looking for something for the plane project so didn't do any serious shopping... We've got one more day left to get 3 days worth of stuff done so it's been pretty intense. By the end of tomorrow, what got done got done and the rest didn't. Someone elses problem.
