I have the 261 ready....but in the adjustable version. I noticed it was listed as a C model. Is that ok?

Okay??? Lol
If not we can always sign him/her up for some special sawmikaze chainsaw therapy sessions not to worry!
I would be comfortable saying that the whomever chooses it will be ecstatic with their choice and sessions won't be necessary.
But I can edit and take the C off to correct it before someone chooses if that's the correct nomenclature.

You should probably weigh them to see if one makes you more tired than the other after cutting firewood a few times a year.

Make a video too.

How much can a C weigh? Best I could find on the interwebs of everything, as much as a cookie.

Maybe it's 2 grams heavier without a clutch cover.

I don't want the winner to suffer an injury like mine from a heavier saw.

Theoretically speaking I would think it would be lighter without the extra magnets on the flywheel, the operating generator, wiring and solenoid components.

M-Tronic saws don't have a generator under the flywheel.....except for the 500i, which is FI. Unless they have heated handles.
