My 2 buddies are coming over to help take my rack off my truck and we're gonna paint it.



I've had this thing 20 years and probably on 4 different trucks, it's probably been 15 years since I painted it so it's time, it looks like sh!t.

That's my evening fun.

Looks as good if not better than ours on the work trucks. Ours are only 4 or 5 years old...

Hit the rust spots and bubbles with a wire wheel on an angle grinder and primed it with small rollers.

There was a dude around here that built these racks that got too old and went out of business, I have no idea why no one else picked the business up..I should've. I paid 600 for it in 2000. I asked the guys I know at a steel plant What the material cost to duplicate it and they said over 1000 bucks...times change.

Tree work *f-wording sucks. I don't know how guys like Ryan do it. I'm glad I live on an island.

Oh yeah, Hotter than ballz this time of year. Not much coasting in that line of work. If it's not tree work, then equipment maintenance, paperwork, and of course job quotes. But hey, tree guys are like quarterbacks. They get all the glory

Next to or on top of our furnaces blows too. Maybe all work kind of sucks?

I can confirm though it's tolerable with friends. Unless they show up late.
