I would guess Shaun Carr?
Yeh.
Best running 395 I've had my mits on.
Lot of time and skill involved in it.
Takes a very very good 066 cylinder to beat it or run with it.
My 394's will get it in certain situations but not others.
The main difference between it and a 394 is the 395 has a little more forgiveness on and off the throttle where the 394 is very snappy and more violent.
Lot of work has to be done on a 394 to run with it too.
Last one I had 8 to 10 hours in just grinding.

With a 9pin and a 24" his old 395 is fun

My 394 seemed more agressive than the 395 I ran. This is stock saws. Wonder if it has to do with the intake block vs rubber boot.

Quads vs duals.

In general a quad will beat a dual but not always.
There's guys who are very good at quads and there's guys that the same with duals.

A dual has a more nasty feel and has a little more snap

There basically dead even but on average the 394 will be a tenth or 2 ahead but they feel so different that it's hard to tell without timing them

The 395 is smoother so it doesn't feel as fast until you time them.

661 will beat them both up to a 32" 404 anyway.
Biggest bar I have right now.
