I use an impact to quickly set the flywheel and then a torque wrench to 27 ft-lbs.

Had to make new impulse line. Helps to have 30 feet of the oem stuff lying around.

Its inevitable that I do that. Usually I will look down at the bench and ask myself...."what is that part doing there??....awww crap"!!
