I just went through an 084 for a tree guy friend of mine. Oil pump was seized and left for dead by the dealer. Took it apart and cleaned it out and it's fine. Had to jerry rig an 066 coil to run in it also. He stumps with a 72" bar on it. #wholelottasaw

They are fun to run....yes it had the big jug on it...ported. most 090g have the 070 jug.

I've run all of them ported and stock. They're all real close. Unless you want to run a 50" or bigger all the time get a 395 or 9010.

Of the 5 I've run, 1 ported 880, one stock 880 and 3 ported 084s (Unless the one Matt had was stock, then yes I have run a stock one of those too). The ported 880 was pretty nice (I didn't realize it WAS ported, I just thought that was how they ran... Then I ran a stock one and it was a gutless wonder... I Still want to play with ported and stock 3120s along with an 076AV and 090...

395 is king to me. I've not run a 661 thats more impressive. Plus they feel like they'll break with over a 36" bar to me.

I've had a pretty strong hankerin for a 9010 for a long time, never run one though. But I also sort of got a crush on the 395 lately, especially after watching this video.

And the other one that was in the mix was the 3120 specifically one from the guy on eBay and Arboristsite, new shipped from Canada for $1399.
And I promise if I buy one of these, that it will be the last expensive saw that I will buy!
Does that sound fairly convincing, think my wife will go for it?

I assume he's a German young man, I don't really know just subscribed to him after I found his videos a couple years ago. He has several good saw demos/comparison's. Randy might know if he got is saw ported by Randy, directly from him @Mastermind ?
If not maybe bs knows.... This video was the reason I put up a 395 poster, right next to my Farrah Faucet poster and took down my 390 poster!
He also has a great 50cc(?) Comparison video...
