The piston is out. If anyone can read this swirl pattern, please let me know what it says.

The pin became tighter in the piston pin bores, had to tap it out vs nearly free falling in on assembly.

I figured out why one doesn’t use Stihl type C clip rings vs Husky tabbed rings on a slug with no clip removal recess in the pin bore. Yeah, that was a lot of fun.

I used Benol, on purpose, for wash.

I’m thinking of raising the flywheel transfers another 1*.

If you look at the piston and chamber wash, it looks to me like the PTO side is filling more.

Edit: I should index plug as well.

I used Benol, on purpose, for wash.

I’m thinking of raising the flywheel transfers another 1*.

If you look at the piston and chamber wash, it looks to me like the PTO side is filling more.
Are the PTO side transfers higher than the flywheel side right now?

If anyone here wants, I’ll ship them this titanium pin and they can stick it up their ass and see how much heat it retains.

Sorry that you didn't like the discussion I started on your thread, thought that sharing experience from a winning factory two stroke race team mechanic might help some folks out. I won't trifle you with such ramblings again. :( GFY
