Toes don't appear to be round enough for a bear. It does look melted out quite a bit though.
Only thing else it could be is Werewolf. lol

That was my exact thoughts. It was 1 day old there.

The weird part of this story is... The next day my uncle told me about a black animal he saw walking around the fields. Said it walked like a cat and was about the size of a lab. That was before i told him about the print.

Anybody ever have a Uberti or Cimarron rifles?
Been thinking about a '73 Winchester.
I've got a Uberti Henry in .45 Colt. I bought it new in the early 90's. On the early guns the pins holding the linkage together had a tendency to walk and tie up the action. I staked mine in place and never had another issue. I have a couple of friends who are big CAS shooters. They both have Uberti 1866's and 1873's. They have shot the snot out of them, since the 90's, and are still shooting them.
Here's a photo of my Henry. It has the bright Charcoal Blue.

Most likely 45 colt or 38 special
I bought the Rossi model 92 in the .357/38 with a 24" octagon. Basically a Winchester copy. First thing I did was broke it completely down and polished every working part. Removing any manufacturing burs or rough spots. Then I polished the bore with a 600 grit automotive pad. Cutting into small pieces so it would fit into the eye of the cleaning rod, along with a little CLP. It turned out very smooth and very accurate. The Uberti's are very nice and smooth out of the box, and have a great look to them. I think I paid $350.00 for my Rossi NIB. Oh, I also replaced the sights that I had off a vintage Winchester 94. image.jpeg

I hope so I've always been a .22mag person myself but decided to give a .17 a try.

I had a Savage in .17

I ended up replacing it with the same rifle in 22mag. The 17 doesn't push through wind near as good as a 17.

I sold the 17 in the fall of 12, I really wished I didn't because I could (and still struggle) to find the 22mag ammo that I shoot.

17 is everywhere.

Where are you located? 22mag never even disappeared here like 22. did.
22mag is in many choices. 13-15 per 50

22mags for me too.

I'm in Western Michigan, near Holland.

I need to order online, every local shop is wanting $20-25 a box if you can find it.
22lr is more common here than mag.

Silly question.
Anything bad I should know about a Sig Sauer P238?
My wife put 50 rounds through one at the range yesterday and it seems like I am going to have to buy her one.
I dont want to do a bunch of online research, i get obsessed with hobbies and I would rather have just a few firearms :)
Merry Christmas
