I dont know if you can really say that. Forums of all types have declined in usage with the advent of Facebook groups.
Although banning probably didnt help. IMO the only way a person should get banned is for scamming other members, period.

I disagree. I ain't singling out anyone in particular, but some people are just too f'n miserable to be around any social gathering. Doesn't matter if it's a Facebook group, small town coffe shop or Thanksgiving dinner, some folks just can't interact without making a scene.

I bet if Randy started a new Forum 85 percent of the members here would leave here and join him. Most forums need a high profile person with his charisma to continue to draw new members. Randy is a really popular dude.

The worst ones have a weird charisma of misery, where they make other people feel like they are also supposed to be angry and bitter all the time. I have some relatives who are like this.
