I had a 6" stainless .357 magnum, model 66 Combat Magnum several yrs ago...sold it to my BIL/sister and they still have it to this day as their nightstand bedroom handgun.

Almost got an xd. Guy had it really wanting to sell it was new order that didn't get picked up. I offered 50 less he wouldn't take it and I didn't need it. I like the Springfield Want a 1911

I'm newer to spending $$$ on firearms and a 1911 is on my short list.

I just have too many hobbys that are expensive.....

G23 and G19 for me.

I've probably got over 20,000 rounds through my G23 already. She's looser than a $5 hoe but damn accurate and reliable. The last time she's been cleaned has been around 8000 rounds ago.

I just picked up my G19 about a month ago. I need to start shooting it to loosen it up and wear it in. It ain't as nice as my 23
