Been there, done hat twice and hope that's the final tally. I hope you have no more encounters like the as well. My first was when I was 15 driving a,friend's BMW 2002 and the second was my brand new pretty 1995 Dodge V10 dually vs a big Mule deer. The deer to seem like expensive rigs with me. Not as bad as a friend who two years ago, bought a new Duramax Chevy and shortly there after had to either skid on top of, or drive over a bear. He chose the drive over it route.I hit one back in the summer. Tore my van all to hell.
Thanks Mike!Dang Dan Sorry
Thanks buddy! I haven't seen it in person yet but it will probably be close. Hard to tell just from the pics!Glad everybody is OK . Wow, That looks totaled.
That ain't cool.I hit one back in the summer. Tore my van all to hell.
The part that attaches the limb to the riser, is the hanger.Need a bow expert. Trying to figure out the name of the peice that is starting to crack on my bow.
Want to call the bow shop to see if i can still get a new set of these for bow. Just not sure the name.
Here's a pic of some of mine.
Damn, sorry about the van, I hope it killed the S.O.B.!!!
I had a friend who hit a deer, on a motorcycle. It didn't end well, for either.Been there, done hat twice and hope that's the final tally. I hope you have no more encounters like the as well. I know nothing on the PX 4 storm. Or the FNS 9 but I'm interested in the FN. XD's seem a bit busy to me, particularly compared to Glock. I like Sig handguns greatly but have yet to even see their 320 striker fired gun
I do like the gen 4 Glock. They don't have that square grip feel of the older ones.
Thanks for the feedback, I not ruling out any kind of competition in the future, but for now I just want a really nice shooting 1911.
The xds is small and compact. Shoots low and I know it. Great gun for 15' or less. I want to get an FN now that more holsters are available or I'll just get a Glock 23 or 19.I am not a Berreta fan at all... A buddy seems to feel the need to buy every model that they make. None of them feel right to me.
To me, XD's dont point for chit. Ive tried to like them but I just can't.
A FNS is a solid gun, from what I've seen they are very reliable and to me they point and shoot amazingly well. The only reason I dont have one is holster availability and last I checked mags were fairly pricy.
I ended up grinding the finger groves off my Glock's and undercut the trigger guard. I actually like the grip feel of them much better now.
If you are going to plan on carrying one the first thing I'd do would be ditch the adjustable sights.
Thank you for your info I have handled the sub-compact FX4 I think I want to handle the compact. I did handle the Glock 19 I plan on owning one to it felt good pointed good. Handled the xd-m dident really like the feel.I am not a Berreta fan at all... A buddy seems to feel the need to buy every model that they make. None of them feel right to me.
