Can you see a snap ring in the groove between the cap and tube? if there is one, but it won't come out, then you may have to use a block and hammer and drive the end cap into the cylinder and then remove the ring. Some cylinders have a snap ring that you have to slide back by reaching through the oil fitting hole.

I have had 3 of those saws. 1 oem, 2 copies. Both carbs on the Asian saws are wonky.

On my stihl ms361, I upgraded the carb to one from an 039 or 044 I believe. Had to swap choke and maybe throttle shafts.
Stumpy did a thread on AS about it
