I bought one at a garage sale years ago. Quit using it after it tossed a rock into the street. Took off like a bullet. Good thing no cars were around.

I feel ya' on the robo-calls. I've started picking up the phone just to fuss at them, and there's not even anyone there. About to pull my hair out.

On another note, I'm burning wood. Was low 40's this morning, and supposed to be mid 50's for the next two nights before dropping again. Figured I better get an op check on the boiler before it got too dang cold. Everything is working good.

I was in the garage sharpening chains with the garage door open. The boys were right outside playing basketball with some lights I set up---getting dark early stinks. The wife comes running into the garage and says "what was that, it sounded like somebody was running in the upstairs and then the upstairs started shaking. Did you feel it?". The boys and I didn't feel anything and thought she was crazy. I told her "You probably heard some squirrels running around the balcony." LOL. A few minutes later my daughter texted me, "Did you feel the earthquake?". She was in her dorm in Tulsa (much closer to the epicenter) and said it shook pretty good.
