Loader work almost requires front wheel assist.

Kubota comes to mind as a good contender. My step dad has a 1260 massy and it is awesome but you better talk to Matt about the whole under 10k tractors. I have heard a lot of good things about mahindra also.

Low hour Kubota/Kioti/Deere"yanmar"

For your purposes a sub compact utility tractor would make sense.
Loader and front wheel assist is a must.
25-35 hp would roll right up on your trailer and go with you anywhere.
