Lots of stuff going around now. I usually make it through Christmas and then the long hours finally wear me down. Week or two of self medicating and back at it. Get better we need to have you there, I can't cut a consistent 16" unless I measure every thing. I only worry if it will fit in the splitter and the stove.

By the time I'm done with them, they are just ashes anyway. Never sold any because if I am putting the time and energy into it I will put it away to burn.

Regarding tomorrow the 7th. I texted Matt a couple of days ago and we were working on numbers for tomorrow. Expecting maybe 20+ from church and this site starting between 8-9. I offered and am still planning on a hot breakfast on site for any who wish join. I am going to try to get there a bit earlier and set up. Plan on coffee(of course), eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, pancakes and french toast. If there is anything else someone would like let me know.

As for cutting straight. Seems if you spend enough time splitting crooked *s-word you learn your lesson.

Good morning folks. It's a nice sunny 21f at the homestead this morning, near 30f for later.
Seems to be a good day to get some supplies picked up across town, and just maybe get the nasty salt coating off the car.

Do what you need to do to get well. Don't think you have to show up and have to work all the time. Show up and sit around and chit chat for a while if that is all you can do. This is one of the only chances I get to put a face with some of the people on this site. I enjoy doing a bit of cooking and am used to family gatherings where we sit around and eat and relax.

I'm sorry guys but, we're just not healthy enough to be around other people tomorrow.
I'm feeling worse tonight that I was 24 hrs ago, so I think it's best if we keep our misery to ourselves.....dang it!
It sucks, because I really wanted the boys to experience a gtg, especially the charity cut type.
