I'll fess up and mention that I might have mentioned that a conical burr grinder that is capable of a consistent grind size can make a noticeable difference in taste. Especially once you find out how fine you can go without grinding to fine (coffee gets bitter if the grind is to fine IME) to get maximum extraction from the beans.

Those Peabody BM's are usually a great medium roast bean.
