On the charity cut forecast..

Pastor Bub called me yesterday about a potential youth missions fund raising opportunity..

A local pecan grove needs their grove thinned by about 500 trees. Bub is going to assist the fella with that, but asked me if the trunks would make good firewood.
“Trees are in the 12 to 14” range.” So not huge.
Fast wood

Good evening folks, time to cool off a bit.
Did some surgery on a 2T Lawnboy.
Replaced the lower crank seal, and trimmed a rubber gasket that had swelled and was causing a very noticeable fuel restriction.
After a little run-in and stuffs getting tweaked, this one is thought to be saved from a scrap pile.
Old seal on the float bowl.

The "s" swell was enuf to almost stop all fuel flow. Trimmed the s to near flush with a razor blade.
The port were the cleanest that I had ever seen.

And just to be sure the issues seemed to be addressed, the entire yard got mowed.
It was to dang hot and sticky at 90% and 90f, I should have waited till morning, but but but . . .

Good morning folks, shipping Mama off to youth church camp in Michigan for a week.

It’s going to be a long ride in old school bus.

It takes a stick of dynamite to get her around any other day but the bus is leaving at 6:00 so she was up at 4:30.

Good morning!
Shipping off 3 more saws but acquired 6 more. So much for my reduction effort. This Homelite Super 2100 was in the bunch that I acquired. Hard to pass up a 114cc Homelite. Didn't take much to make it a runner.

Good morning fellas.

To do stuffs most likely will include . . .
harvest some garlics and tie for curing,
and just maybe do the same with some of the onion patch.
Will likely have a bunch of peppers, mole, jalapeno, and hot banana,
maybe some others I don't remember.

Next up? Ash stash..

Got about 4 years worth at this point..
That’s a good stash. It would be nice to be able to find some pecan close around here.
