Sawdust and sweat don’t mix well

Bite yer tongue Mark....

It’s called “sawdust therapy”.. and we need it no matter how hot..

We can get it via chainsaw, or sawmill..

But it calls... even in 105 degree heat.,

New battery install in granddaughter’s ride. 2017 Malibu.

It had a top brace, two plastic covers, a plastic surround and the bottom tray clamp. Four bolts and three nuts.

Secret handshakes abound.

All to prevent shorting it out in a rollover or if an elephant sat on the hood I think. [emoji19]

I was sorely tempted to discard all the gingerbread but didn’t. [emoji58]

Hopefully this isn’t the extent of our forecasted excessive rainfall…. I know some of you gents would love to have this much so I shouldn’t be chirping about not enough. It’s about .15”

It's a matter of perspective I suppose. I have a very physical job, manufacturing livestock products, all by hand, no machines doing my work, in a non AC building. (Not that that's impressive or anything. Just pointing out, I am out in it every day.) So by the time I finish that, I've had enough.

Geezer prank:

Save all the loose change in a pint or quart Mason jar.

Feed it into the self check out machine at Walmart.

See people watch in agony as you pay cash.

Put the bills in next. Ones, then fives, tens, etc.

Jokes on you I don't use self checkout or Walmart

More excessive rainfall here last night…

I’d like to take a few of those weather dweebs from the National Weather Service out & flog them with horse weeds.

We picked up another .05" yesterday too. It was supposed to be more. It amazes me how they could forecast weather better years ago, with less technology.
