Dialed in the carb a bit and turned down the idle.

Found the Oiler adjustment and turned it down from OMG!! high.

24” should be the minimum length on this. [emoji2960]

Echos will run you out of 5mm x .8 Helicoil inserts. [emoji57]

It’s the long overhang on the muffler.

Notice the ‘ear’ broken off. Once that goes, wallowed or broken port bolts not far behind. [emoji90]

I wonder how many more in the pile have loose mufflers. [emoji51]

Edit:
Checked seven of the other EVL types and all but one needed 1/16-1/4 turn on the muffler bolts. [emoji57]
