That sounds good!Hey Matt @Hedgerow maybe turn it all in to lamb jerky?
Sure is nice this evening. Lakes up and it's quiet. Eating a sandwich and roaming the shoreline with binoculars. See what's out.

Lamb is weird..So basicly what your sayin here is."..you gotta find someway to cover up the taste
I’ve had rack of lamb that was damn good..I think we pan fry it in butter, garlic with a red wine based marinade. I find it needs garlic, but usually lamb has a peppery taste to it already. It's probably a function of what they eat. Lamb when done right is pretty tasty.
Chinese semi chisel.
Are you doing the butchering?Lamb is weird..
Proper lamb, prepared properly, is fantastic...
Problem is, nobody in this country eats it regularly.. so few know how to prepare it..
I’d eat gyro’s for lunch twice a week if they were available..
I’ve also grilled lamb burger over the flame and had fantastic results..
I’ve also had chili and pizza absolutely ruined by someone using an old sheep on em..
You'd be surprised at what you can see with a pair of 15x70 binoculars. Is that the lake with the nude beach?
Grief over what? The locker we have been using told me that they quit processing sheep because of all the grief the waste company was giving them, so I had to call around & find another locker. Hope they do as good of job.
Roaring River is our favorite. Kinda hard to get in this time of year, it's better in the fall. Tablrock State Park is good, too. What lake? Figured you for roaring river
