Just curios what everyone is paying elsewhere...it is at $1.96 gal for regular here
Heard someone on news predict the other day that it may fall below $1; this is good for economy and the masses, frees up cash, stimulates travel, reduces cost of getting goods to market. Might make some of the rich a little less rich, but they can survive quite well, and the masses and struggling will flourish. Of course, it may also make (some politicians') heads explode, LOL.

$1.52 yesterday with no discounts at our grocery store. Every $150 in groceries gets you $.15 a gallon off and you can double them up on Friday for $.30 off.

They clam they are not tied together ,but i have been doing this 28 years now ,it was pointed out to me from another guy about 20 years ago and i have watched since and they have both went up and down together every time .
It is actually china that controls the prices ,if they quit buying logs and steel ,the price falls bad .

ah ok its one o those weird things like where rich folks supposedly want republican presidents, but over the last 20 odd years I see the wealthiest clients in million+ homes uniformly spend more on lawn and landscape with a dem in office and curtail spending with a rep
