Ugh, that looks like fun to deal with! What is that off of? I think the hardest part on the tractor is over, now it's just a matter of fixing little long-neglected bits and getting everything dialed in.

Looks like a good old machine. There are a fair number of them around here even though I don't know where any dealers are. I think some of the 90's Agco Allis tractors were Zetor rebrands.

Those where SAME of Italy. We have one of those too. Agri-power 5000 and 7000 where Zetors. John Deere 2000 series in south America where Zetors.

I think that's just typical .My two Fergies get black plugs but for some reason Ollie the OC6 crawler does not and all three have Marvel-S carbs .Then come to think of it Ollie had a complete carb rebuild and the other two have not .
I had mentioned the float needles have a tendency to stick every so often .Weather the needle with a rubber tip would be better I really can't say but it only takes a tiny speck of of dirt or rust to cause them problems .

I leaned it out a bit and runs alot better now. Mowed some with it yesterday and did great. I adjusted the rod from throttle to governor to give a bit more tension, now it holds rpm better. Still going to replace the cork disc when I get a chance.

Any chance that you could cut a friction disc (or two) from some of that stiff brown, fibrous gasket stock and use it in the throttle lever pivot?

Ok, got the new cork friction disc installed. The old one was brittle and slick, no surprise it didnt work well. I went ahead and cleaned and greased all the pivot points of the throttle and governor mechanism since it had to come apart anyway. Buttoned it back up and mowed for a little while and she is running great!
