My thoughts

Squishband half carbon half clean leads me to believe it needs more blow down/outlet.

pattern on the crown. Seems the transfers don't have a ton of pressure, to wash the crown especially on the ex side.

Very slight rubbing on the bottom of the piston at tdc ex side. Probably has something to do with the long dwell time? Has time to rock? Idk

Time to trim the spacer.

Transfers are clean. Maybe in time they would show some carbon from too little blow down?

Can't really widen the intake much before getting into the tunnels. A little more duration from droppping the jug should help.

Took .020 off the spacer.

Ex ended up at 98. Widen a bit more. Maybe 60% just left a burr finish. Next time I'll smooth it out more.

So intake 79, exhaust 98 Transfer 118.5

Seems like it has a whole different attitude. Tuned around 13.6 in the before and after video.

I'm pretty happy with the turn out.

Well this saw is 14cc more than the 620 so take that into consideration.
