Pulled the muffler off just to check things out. Noticed a neat wave pattern on the ex floor. Checked the comp. Must have had some extra oil the first time. Surprisingly no marks on ex or intake side of the piston.

Used 40:1 saber, almost have 2 tanks through.

Red Armor will give it the power of flight and stuff.

It's likely over 200psi running. Soak it with oil and repeat.
It hasn't been started in a few days and 10* when I checked. I'm sure you are probably correct.

Yeh, I ran out so this gallon got saber. Next tank is gonna be red.

Decomp.... 28"lw

Lucked out. Somehow I grabbed the wrong clutch bearing... about 2mm narrower than the correct one. Clutch drum was a little floppy.

I have a 28" bar for the 7910. Should maybe be able to run the same chain on both saws.

First of all it's always a good time hanging out with you Joe. But I'm a little pissed right now, because after I took the carhartts off my Jeans looked like this from the sharp Echo plastics!

High Rise Jeans.jpg

Plus my hands had like 333.3 paper cuts from the same sharp echo plastic... use this saw at your own risk!

:risas3:

I didn't really expect the saw to be as well balanced as it was with that 28 on it. Balance felt better than the 7910 which really surprised me. The saw felt super agile because of the 60cc powerhead size.

Power wise I think this saw hangs with a 372 or 044. The difference between it and the 7910 was noticeable, however, if I had both these saws in the truck, I think I'm grabbing the hybrid just because of the 1.5+ pound felt weight difference. I love the 7910 but it warms the bench until the wood gets bigger.

Like we were saying Joe I think if you get the bigger carb, unlimited coil, and blow down fixed, this saw closes the gap even more. I always dig a good sleeper and this saw fits that bill for sure. I think it's going to put some smiles on faces at Custers this weekend!

Hooray spin faster stuff. Just in time for the gtg

Before and after.

The 620 carb has the same bypass nozzle, with a slightly smaller hole. Still the same idea as the smaller carbs.

Sorry bout ya britches... You were warned bout the sharp brittle plastic. Honestly surprised we didn't bust the tank. Couldn't have been much more than 5* out.

S'ok I hear that's how all the cool kids wear em these days... so thanks Echo. I guess...

Super surprised the cheap, brittle, sharp, junk, no good, ugly, flimsy echo plastiks didn't disintegrate in my hands!
