Wayne, decided that in the future (dunno how close) that I was going to get a saw dedicated for milling instead of asking a saw to do double duty. More than likely that saw will be an 084/088. Only time will tell though.

I have 2 project 441s, didn't enjoy tearing them down at all. Hope I can remember how it goes back together. Lol

ill take it off yer hands in pieces....or walk you though the easy rebuild of one...don't listen to those slackers above....they're husky boys anyway. open up the muff and they wake up nice. the only oddball thing is the throttle linkage and the tank/handle. easy peasy once ya done it. now me, put a husky in front of me and I break out in sweats. 441....no probl.

Power to weight is important to me, on a 10 hour day logging I probably have the saw in my hand for 8 hours. Im not super vibration sensitive but if the saw is a real rattle trap I suffer, having broken many bones in the past is a real downer!

441 for the fuel mileage then....time fueling is time NOT earning....knocks out the 460 for me. plus the AV on the 441 is better.

For milling you don't need speed. I've got 2 075's here that could be had cheap compared to pretty much any other big saws. This one has a pretty much brand new 42" .404 on it

I think the 1st thing you do is box it up. 2nd thing is ship it up way North. 3rd is wait a bit. 4th open box and smile!!!!! [emoji23]

Yea the box is confusing at first, but similar to 261/362 ect so not too overwhelming. The dual intake manifold baffles me some at first too.
The 441 is "buzzy" as opposed to the to "shakey" vibrating of the 440/460 ect
Haven't run a ported one yet.

Yup Mikey is such a good dude too. Just wish he spoke "English" and not that "Canadainian" slang...hard for us "New Yawkahz" to follow...but then again...we ain't the brightest stars in the tool box ...
