Didn't say much to convince you its worth a try then..Still an overweight 70cc that takes 3 buskers to hold the parts.
I have 2 project 441s, didn't enjoy tearing them down at all. Hope I can remember how it goes back together. LolStill an overweight 70cc that takes 3 buskers to hold the parts.

Best answer...20-24" bar I'd be thinking of getting @ Canadian farm boy's ported 044 jug and slapping it on there.
Quick, done and you won't be disappointed.

The saws you have to work on are ones that your outfit have worked till there ready for retirement then ?I personally don't like the 441, too heavy for the power it makes. Back before it took a nap and we were using it we used to call it the "toddler" because it was like hauling a small child around.
Yes, the units were put out to pasture/thrown into an old enclosed trailer til I came back (I've worked for them before), now I am trying to resurrect some of the saws I enjoyed that they have ruined lolThe saws you have to work on are ones that your outfit have worked till there ready for retirement then ?
With the working knowledge of the 441 i can see how my suggestion is a none starter. On paper at 6.6kg and 5.7 hp they never looked so bad as there .2 kg up on a 372 but . 2hp more . Real world working counts as always though.Yes, the units were put out to pasture/thrown into an old enclosed trailer til I came back (I've worked for them before), now I am trying to resurrect some of the saws I enjoyed that they have ruined lol
