I don't mind packin a 395 or 066 out felling, cause as you know in big timber, the stump holds the weight of the saw . Anyone with a spell or two of landing saw experience knows that a tough and light saw is a must for good production.
I usually had to limb and buck in a hot landing, so trying to keep up with a swinging grapple skidder and a fixed grapple 527 high track was near impossible, even running 4 log tapes.
If this 500i is tough enough for a landing saw, it will be a saw to be reckoned with
