It is taller. Lpx has a narrower kerf. About even speedwise for a work chain. Lpx is a little smoother so that's what I run.
I run this here stuff. BAC01142-00BC-4640-A09A-035ECE954B92.jpegThat there is racin chain an stuff. Shortest teeth I’ve seen on 325. Super short. It had the shark fin but that got in the way so Well ya know

I don't understand? There is lots going on in this thread. You can't use .325 to race? Someone made a nice .325 square chain that looked real good. Was just throwing that out there.
And anyone who knows me knows I am not a big race guy.

No one said you can't race with .325". It's just not common here in the states. A good 3 cube saw shouldn't have any trouble with 3/8". 325 clogs with chips too easy in most softwood and will choke a saw down.
