for me a strong saw will run faster with a delicate 3/8", .325 is a total waste of time for everyone always, just throw it away :), 3/8" pico can make a slightly less strong saw keep up, but again it is a delicate balance to match that saw/sprocket and chain to find the best time in the wood.

Carlton’s my fav.. I use anything but it’s what i prefer. Most the ol race chain in 3/8 was Carlton back in the day. Read that in the art Martin thread on as back a bit

It’s not great for racing and stuff. I don’t race. I like 325 under 50ish cc. Stihl seems to really make good 325. I may be tripping but tooth seems taller. Clears chips better. I use lots of 325

It is taller. Lpx has a narrower kerf. About even speedwise for a work chain. Lpx is a little smoother so that's what I run.
