Open that 572's muffler and start cutting.
Which one stock? Don’t have time to wait for a ported saw
Not a bad performer in your list, it's a good time for such a request.Saws I’d consider since I want plug and play.

What’s the price gap on a 500i vs the 572 currently?500i is 13.9lbs. 572 is 14.5 and makes less power. I know you said you don’t care about weight but if thats really the case just use your 395 for everything.
About $500? Definitely something to consider, but if we’re considering brand new professional grade saws to have for a long period of time, maybe it pays for itself. I don’t know if this is in a professional setting or not, but it all matters for sure. What’s the price gap on a 500i vs the 572 currently?
I’d skip right over the 400 being you have a ported 261.
I agree has to be between the 462 and the 572
I say 462. 500i isn’t worth the extra coin to me and from the sounds of it won’t be worth it for you either. The husky is a great saw as well if you're about brands. Slightly chunkier you notice that stuff. Both great saws. I’d skip right over the 400 being you have a ported 261.
I think they are both great saws, and would be happy with either. If you don’t care about the weight, I would lean toward the 572 as I like the handling better.I agree has to be between the 462 and the 572
500i is really sloppy av unless you spend more dollars on it.
I came away from my 500i experiences thinking it was just meh. Probably has something to do with owning a few Dolmar 7910s which will go toe to toe with a 500i and for less money too. Cool tech that I hope they use to make the 661 more gooder badass. If I have to upgrade to the 661 springs just to hang a 36” blade on it, then why not just buy the dang 661 in the first place though.
