This is my trailer right after I got it all done the first time, built the box and add all the front rails and stuff myself, I thought for sure the chasis saver would hold up, now I coat it every year with cans of rustoleum aluminum.

Best protection a trailer can get without going bankrupt is:
Sandblasted
Metallization (it's still bloody expensive)
Paint system:
Ticoat (extremely important on a body who went through Metallization)
Epoxy primer
Top coat

A tad cheaper if the construction is made in iron:
Sandblasted
Paint:
Sink
Epoxy primer
Top coat

NOS piston & rings. New main bearings and seals.

I’m hoping the timing retard for starts works as it’s supposed to. There is no compression release for the 116cc. [emoji15]

Few little detail pieces for my 272xp. That piece of rubber a few inches long is for the air box and important to keep dust from entering. Just as the bellows for the throttle lever helps keep it out in the first place. It's the little things like that helps keep it running properly for a long time.

Trying to fit a 395 piston into a Very nice China 660 BB kit. Doing for Mustang Mike. Why? Cause I really like him.

The 395 slug has the two ring pins centered over the intake port. I’ll get to run fingers without having to flip the piston, will be able to still run 2 rings, will be able to widen ports to 67% of bore-the stock slug skirts are at around 60%.

Took .110 off of skirts, .025 off of crown. Weight with pin and bearing is now only 4 grams heavier than the 066BB slug the kit came with. I’ve still got some grinding to do.

Had to make a .065 spacer and run 2 gaskets as the 395 piston is around .150 taller than the 066BB slug.

If it works I will do a thread. It’s still may not.
