A friend brought a Chinese drill, I replaced the cable, lubricated the bearings and gears after 19 years

Scored top end, worn out clutch hub.
Hardly much of this will be reused!

Not unusual to see with 340/345/346/350/351/353/357/359, Ripped impulse is not abnormal to see even from factory assembly.
Such parts are something that is mandatory on a new build for me, even if the old ones look nice

Then the saw model is dying out.

What I meant was that if the saw works on old rubber and a new one is not available, it must remain on it until the end
