That should buff out. Wtf got sucked in it
Glad u got her fixedOk guys I wanted to update everyone on my hybrid fuel issues. I think I have it all sorted out for now. Today I fired up the saw and began to tune it again.
The low side tuned great. Ended up 1 1/4 ish turns and the saw idles solid at 2800-2900rpms.
The high side also seems to be much better now. I ended up at 1 3/4 ish turns out. The high side rough tuned at 14200rpms. with a good 4 stroke.
The throttle response also seems a lot better now.
It appears that adjusting the metering lever up to be level with the top of the carb body did the trick.
I'll fine tune everything once I find some more wood.
Thanks again to everyone for the tips and suggestions.
Me too. I was beginning to stress a bit. I don't like when things aren't working the way they should, especially after you figure you did everything right. Oh well it seems fine now and I learned something. It's a win, win if you ask meGlad u got her fixed
Welp........I had to bush hog a few spots before they got outta hand. Damn cattle, they could care less if I'm injured.
Look what I found.

Yes it was the exhaust side.A little worn there on the right side. I think it is time. Was that the exhaust or intake side?
I will guess exhaust.
Wish I knew its history, got a new 42mm piston kit coming , its an oldie so no upgrade. Will do the seals to.That piston gave someone a lot of service!
