20 chains were on my bench...got 15 sharpened...and then 6 more came in today....shoot man. lol

044 needs a handle, brake flag, fuel and impulse lines, intake manifold and starter recoil spring. Pulled the cyl to clean the exhaust port, carbon was really caked on. Deleted the base gasket and got .019 squish.
Anyone got feedback on the huztl intake manifolds, good or bad?

Clean scored 55 with a am coil with a pinched wire I got a 257 coil for it
Looking for a p/c for this
Has 46mm open port

What is the cheapest option?
Do these have a clamp on the intake? This is the first one I've worked on thanks Travis

That looks like a 10mm saw ..............would you happen to be able to get timing numbers ?
IMHO, stick with OEM for intakes and seals

This is mucho betterer, K&N on the way. A little squirt, slip the filter back on ...............

I like OEM only on those parts in most cases. I have used FarmerTec intake boots a few times though. They seem ok. I was not impressed with their fuel lines though.

It's an early 12mm saw. About the timing numbers, that's just a little bit above my pay grade, lol.

Yeah I don't like their fuel lines. Was hoping to hear good news about their intakes. Freshened up my other 044 last year, oem intake manifold and bearing spacer came to $95. No such thing as a cheap rebuild here in oz,lol.

Got an MS 250 on the bench with a straight gassed piston. Ordered parts through DDave, should be here in about a week.

Also have an 028 I have to check out.
