Got a KM55 running today, throttle cable is still a bit sticky so gonna look into fixing that. Also finished the Xl-700...she runs pretty darn good.

here is what i use tj i flush it with plastic safe carb cleaner and then flush with pb blaster

Been working on cheapies the last few days, right now I'm replacing an oil pump on a Poulan Pro 4620AV..easy job but I had to order the pump so it'll take a few days. I still have a few Super EZ parts which I might try to assemble into a running saw...getting a few saws ready for ebay this winter..

Stripped a couple oil pump threads, had to order M4 helicoil kit, got it last week.

Timings is: IN 69*, TR 126*, EX 108*.

A bunch 242 homemade gaskets....I did cut out A4 gasket sheets and printed out 4 gaskets on each sheet, my laser printer didn't like it lol, guess I will use a crankcase template in the future


Templates for 357 and 346, left a bit trimming, drill the holes up to 6mm & 9mm

so you have a way to cut out gasket with a printer? my wife and i have talk about that. she used to make cheerleader uniforms . they had a cutter that cut letter etc out of the fabric. we was talking about buying one and cutting hard to find gasket and sell them cheap on ebay

no, my printer only print the lines on the gasket sheet, still has to use scissor and hole puncher.
A4 sheets and laser printer save quite a bit work though, I got a new idea to make it more easier for my printer, goal is to do so my printer will only print out the lines for cutting.

Yesterday I serviced up to FS56Rc trimmers, then fixed up an 032...fuel system and service. Also went through the fuel system on a honda EU2000I and it still isn't quit right...keeps surging a little. Ended the day getting a newer Homelite 2300 running.

Tj does that model have the idle down switch? I have seen them cause idle surge. I'll send u the service manual for testing when I get hole
