Got an 024 on my bench needing AV mounts, just got them in the mail today so it won't be long. Also an 028 needing a fuel line, still in the mail, probably later in the week I'll get 'er done. Also I own a Dolmar 5100S with a cat muffler on it, gonna try to find an early non-cat muffler for it, maybe perk it up a bit.

Got the new carb on the tecumseh motor on that push behind weedeater. It runs great, but it's leaking oil around the full tube now. Gonna tear it back down tomorrow evening and see what that's about. I'm guessing it could use a new o ring. It is part of the housing that has to come off to get to the carb.

A MS390 that went "wonkie" as far as the tune is concerned. It HAD a Hutzl complete engine replacement. The PTO crank bearing crapped out after about 5 tanks.
I replaced the aftermarket crank with an OEM crank and some nice Nachi bearings. New seals and dirko on the pan and seals. Gonna test run it tomorrow.
Thankful that it is at least together.

Tell us please what carburetor you have on your FS 80. (It`s written or stamped on the carb body) The basic setting with 1 and 1 on H and L is only valid for the Walbro WT-447 carburetor. But your machine looks like that it has a Zama carb on it. Trust me, I have the same machine with a Zama carb. On your shroud of the machine is the setting for the screws when the limiter caps are seated. But attention, this is only valid if the basic setting was done before the caps where installed, otherwise it is tuned to lean.

Customer stripped the rear bar stud in the engine sump on a ms310. Replacing sump and seals. [emoji17]

Got the oil leak figured out so the push behind weed eater is done waiting on parts to come in on the push behind edger. I am borrowing a pressure washer right now from a family member that hasn't had a lot of run time. What would make it to where you have to either hold the trigger down all the time to get full pressure out of it or have to drop the rpms pull the trigger and then bump the rpm back up to get full pressure while it's running. Once you let go and press it again the pressure is significantly less unless you drop the rpms and raise them again.

Working on my last 288xp I have, the piston top was ruined by a spark plug end coming off, luckily the cylinder was in good shape yet, installed a new oem piston, figured I would install a new fuel line and fitter as well. This saw has sat for quite some time, seems to be in very nice shape though.

Stihl bg55 and fs80 recently serviced by some jackass full kits line's etc which equates to a ngk plug lol
The bg55 has the new epa mud dauber exhaust filtration system the carb was loose on the fs80 don't know why he didn't even change the primer bulb's on either machine they's good to go now even pressure washed and heat painted the exhaust on both.20170412_173648.jpg 20170412_173357.jpg 1492034145617366123723.jpg

Clinton D-35. Replaced the original Tilly HC with a 070/090 Tilly HL china clone.

Worked out an external impulse line by adding a tube spigot to the impulse passage in the carb.

Shouldn't the fuel supply line fill up while running?

Cleaning cleaning and cleaning....Done with it at least on this saw.
Time to build her up...

Broke my seal puller and had to make a new one first ;)

Easy to knock in seals with tools, that 242 PTO sleeve is worth every penny! The two tools to the right is to set correct deepht on Flywheel & PTO seal.

Shaved the key, as always. I do feel it give alot more attitude in 242 who isn't a slow saw normally.

192TC with a seal that popped out, kind of unusual. And a new Stihl ZAT4 spark tester.

Two more 192's waiting in line for a clean up and service. Some of the climbers frown on these, but with a few mods and the right tuning they can cut a lot of wood for 1/2 the price of a 201T.
