5 minutes with a soft brush, and some compressed air, reset the carb to factory settings.

That was an easy one, what do you charge for that?

Nothing, the first time around. I did charge him for the fuel cap I replaced. His was pretty clapped out, and the o-ring was shot.

How do you like those Hardline tachs? Are they accurate compared to costlier tachs? I mounted one on my 064 to check the tune. Seems to take about 2 seconds to catch up from idle to WOT but refreshes fast once there.

From what I have gathered that what your paying for is the refresh rate. I need to get another to test.

Got my 2008 vstar running bought it in 2010 still in the crate from a dealer that went under in 13000 miles i just had to put a 14.00 starter relay on it that's it.
other than tires and oil change's my buddy gave me hell for buying it he bought a 18000.00 custom built from used parts harley he has 8000 miles on it and it's smoking so bad i hate to ride with him lol
