Thanks, I might try just mixing up some paint next time. Trying to get powder to match is such a crapshoot.

Spray bombs are available from Husqvarna, Bought a can from Pantano. (My Dachshund is helping me type this) The color is real nice. Surely not as durable as the powder coating.

Had thought to get rid of some of my finished saws, a friend visit me and left with one 346oe xpg and 357 xpg, he saw one of my 262 xpg's....those 3xx serie saws doesn't mather much for me, but 242 or 262, it wont happen, they are keepers.

Have promised one neightbour who have helped me alot with a working saw, got this one today who is a runner, JRed 2147 WH.

Had to let the thing breathe a little better, I always heard that the 385/390 oilers were stingy, not this one, it oils like the Exxon Valdez.

What topend do you like using? A OEM rebuild would price the saw to the parts saw pile.

Service tools, I always buy them when I'm done with those saws lol
346 and 550 tools:


My dealer trained me up how to use their AT program, and I could come there anytime and plugin my saws and do my work there, all for free, to bad it's 3 hour drive for me but it's worth it, all my money will go to them!

First one is from one who has airleak (lean scoring), or....


Second one is blown crank rod bearing....46 hour!! carb has gone in lock position, we will fill it up with fuel next time and see.
