242 on the wheel:
Stock timing with gasket:
IN 62.5°
TR 127°
EX 111.5°
To make sure I'm not off the timing I gone reset the wheel a few more times, gone use something thinner then a piston ring...

Gotta pay a bit more attention to this area when I remove the gasket in the future....

I think if you use the 42 piston the difference is the skirt length

With the non windowed piston the case is smaller and they give it less intake duration. Why not try knocking 1mm off the skirt (don't forget a nice chamfer) see how it runs with the extra case compression.

Thank you for the offer Mike. I have the first coat on case and 2 coats on the recoil. The clutch cover is new for reference. Looks really close.

I've got 390 for case split and crank swap, 044 if parts are at the dealer, 2165 for the Christmas swap, 394 to find the rest of the parts for, chains, and machine a 385 cylinder for a member.

2165 Christmas saw???

I feel like an under achiever 59.9 cc here.

I think 242 oem has 34mm lenght, 42 oem is 35mm, 242 Meteor should be 34.2mm
And yeah, it's an interesting idea you have :)

A 575 in bits, just need a small set of bearing splitters to get the bearings of the circle crank. What an over complicated POS
A 2101 all stripped and cleaned up, just need parts.
A 394, yet to strip it.

All I seem to do is repair Huskies
If you haven't stuffers you can pull them with your case splitter Brewz
