20230131_174019.jpg The $12 Chinese chainsaw was supposed to be seized and has a crooked crankshaft, you can see it from the flywheel that rubs against the ignition coil and the pipe. Someone must have been yanking a jammed chainsaw out of a tree20230131_173039.jpg

Today I'm working on a 064/066 hybrid. They boys are pulling the transmission and transfer case out of a second generation Dodge truck. I like my task more better.
Pics or we will assume you've been tending to those pigs.

bought a box of saws and this one got snuck in by my buddy. Thinking it may need to be a pass around saw at a g2g, get it running and ad to someone’s collection without them knowing. 62cc with just over 3 hp and 15 lbs what’s not to like? Also looks just like the one partner has.

Got my home-fabbed log splitter mostly done today. I'm going to get some junk fire hose next time I'm at work and use it to secure/protect the hydraulic lines...also need to hook up the battery. I'll then figure out a table design for it after I get some time in actually using it.

Is that hydraulic tank large enough, that oil gets hot.

Most people will know these adapters to run a Stihl bar on a Husqvarna. Over here they are not that common, so I made a 3d model and printed it on my 3d printer. 20230203_140219.jpg 20230203_140124.jpg

Found that the 395XP has a small bumb on the inner bar plate, that's why there are 2 versions. It actually feels quite solid but I will try to make them out of a metal with the help of a small cnc mill.
