Your audience is less than impressed with your silly handle!
I was looking at those but was concerned about the actual comfort of using one on a high compression saw.

I really like the feel of these. They are liter and bigher then stihl stock handles. They also make the bigger loop style handle

My girl was doing school work lol. I noticed the way she was afyer the pic and thought the same.

I really liked the cobra cord I picked up awhile back. It was a little more spendy than the normal stuff but it's super tough.

Finally found a muffler that rivals the 361. The 064 muffler.

The baffle is both spot welded and brazed in with brass. Some spot welds are under the baffle, so a spot weld cutter can’t access them. The design of the baffle won’t allow widening of the inlet to the muffler unless it’s removed. Thank god for tig welders and SiBr filler.

What a PITA. Sheesh.

Don’t use gasket. The oem seal kits came with a gasket, I believe the very early ones did use one, but I’ve never taken an 1125 series apart and found one installed from the factory.

Finished cleaning up that ms362 jug and got the ok to do some mods. Here are the stock numbers:

Squish w/ gasket: 0.035”
Ex: 100
Pr Trans: 129
Sec Trans: 135
In: 70

I gotta see where the exhaust lands after machine work, but I am hoping to hit the following numbers:

Ex: 103
Pr Trans: 126
Sec Trans: 129
In: 74

My dealer said he doesn’t like loud saws, so I am gonna be somewhat limited on the muffler mod. As a result, I am going to stay conservative on everything…just hoping to make it run better than stock.
