A 6mm drill would be ideal.

Myself, I go barely any bigger if I can especially if it's down in a cavity where you're kinda drilling blind. I like to use as much of the Allen key pocket as possible to keep the bit centered

Thank you both. I'll see what the drill girl has in left hand and grab some cobalt rh's too.

Dug this guy off a shelf, quick look over and then fired it up and ran it for a bit.
Always liked the sounds of it.
Trying to clean up and downsize the herd a bit so I'll probably be sending this one down the road.
Haven't been able to run a saw for a while and (I might) have one or two too many (Yeah like that's a thing!!!)
Lol

Still have to uncrimp those to get the birdcage out. At least if you want it to flow well with a muffler mod.
Yes but as mentioned I didn't need to carve up the crack pipe to get the spacer/flange.
Well worth the performance gain especially when adding another side outlet.

Got my old homelite out to get running. Any idea what should be in this hole at the top of fuel tank?

A little duckbill valve should be there, it probably melted from old gas.

Yeppers. The Chainsaw Lady over on AS used to have lots of old parts like these. Have no idea if she's still around.

Is she the one that ended up with all of Tilton’s stuff when they got out of the business? Seems like I heard that there was a lady on AS with a bunch of their old stuff

I've had a little variety on my bench recently! First off was a *frenching Pro Safety wrap that needed new tubing, there is no way in freakin' hell I will ever do that ever again unless it's for me or a really good friend. Last night I quit procrastinating and finally hung a Plumb national boy's axe I've had kicking around for 2-3 years. I'm no @Cat 525 but I like swinging an axe every now and again, so I've accumulated a decent stash of user axes.

This morning I finished up a 395 build with a bunch of help from @Pdotsaws . Unfortunately, as I was running it the tensioner nub-nut split in two so while it runs and oils, it isn't quite done yet. I also need to torch out a matching inner dog unless someone here has a spare Pro Safety 395 inner dog they'd cut loose.
