Heres one that has been sitting since winter. Its being built from my best 372 parts. 372 OE cases. But i didnt have an XT so i wanted to do the conversion. Really u just have to machine a lil more off the cylinder extension. @dustinwilt68 did the machine work and i did the grinding. I liked wer the number sat with the base cut so all i did was gasket match the lowers. Kinda figured go slow and i can always go back in. Removable t covers makes it gooder for me:D 0C525780-3AA1-4FB8-AAFC-719F60B83D3D.jpegDA37CF67-6569-4AF7-9F64-5502C8DA7138.jpeg

Anybody have a PN for the carb bolt sleeves for a 372XT. Or the RJW carb specifically. The red sleeves for the hd12 r too thick. Looked at partstree and its not even on the diagram:D

Fahgeddabout what's been on your bench Will. What's the under bench dishwasher drain situation?
Is it done yet?
It's on the list. Dad is helping me with getting the new washer and dryer setup along with fixing some electrical stuff in the basement. Once that's done we'll get that sorted out.

The XT 372’s don’t use them. The airfilter horn and intake boot flange have locating pins that align the carb when it’s tightened down.

Doors are all setting up tonight. Tomorrow edge and face sanding then they’re ready for paint.
Also so big panels for the island.
Demo starts next weekend. (But WI gtg in between)

I’m rebuilding a TS420 for a friend. Case split, new OEM bearings, seals and gaskets. I have used a few of the cross performance top ends in the past and they are very good quality. This one was still in the shrink wrap when I opened the box.

Something missing? I can’t believe I didn’t catch it until this point

Got the 2 stroke Lawn Boy running and test mowed the back yard. Ran good. Washed it up. Bringing it back to work tomorrow.

Washed up the free roadside find push mower. I have someone who might buy it from me. I'm going to be getting myself a two stroke Lawn Boy from @KennyWinCT soon possibly.

We've got a TS420 at work. We use it for cutting schedule 40 pipe and anything else over 3" diameter. Don't think ours has a decomp on it.

Funny they missed the spark plug hole.

Ok, here’s that spar carry thru I started a couple months ago. At this point I’m done with cleaning and corrosion removal and I’m calling for an Eddy Current test tomorrow. I have 40 hours in this project so far. After the test (it will pass) I have a drawing to do and some other paperwork to send to Cessna. After they sign off on it. I’ll pre-treat it, prime it and shoot it with sealer. Then put it all back together. Big job. 7396E8D4-BBF7-47D7-A663-7EAC8B0D5D6F.jpeg518B28C1-04D9-454E-B6C7-BC99257ED5AE.jpegD1CF7C19-1A2E-4821-96BF-DE28E6D0E0ED.jpeg47A9B830-CB67-4976-9606-A5DF99BCCE8A.jpeg
I’ll have to mask off the interior first.
When I’m done with this I have a fuel tank to reseal on this same airplane. image.jpg@bigbadbob

Because I don't have enough non-working logging tapes, I was gifted this guy and the grease gun by the same guy I got the chains on the previous page from. I was also reminded that I've been slacking on my saw projects, but I have been and will be pretty busy with other stuff for a while longer.

Those grey cables look like Cat 5 network cable. If you don't mind, what are they and what is it used for?
