The camera makes plain old wires look like the cables you’re seeing. Lots of shielded wires in planes, but unless it’s for an antenna (or something similar) it won’t be like a real cable.Those grey cables look like Cat 5 network cable. If you don't mind, what are they and what is it used for?
Fwiw, all the wires in an airplane are numbered and the number is printed on the wire about every 24” for its full length. Makes tracing a whole bunch easier but I rarely see a failure in the wiring unless some bonehead changes things around.
