That 066 I am working on frustrated me today!

Definitely want to pressure test it cause it has a AM cylinder that is burnt.

The first cylinder would not "seal" the spark plug, so I installed the BB cylinder, and it had leaks at both the spark plug and decomp. "Gorilla" tightening stopped them, but then the boot must have a pin hole! I will have to get a new boot and check it again, I'm hoping the seals are good as the bearings don't seem to have any play.

The only good news is (and I don't know what brand it is) the BB kit seems to have decent port work, and the squish with a gasket is .024, which s/b just fine.

The saw will get an OEM boot, piston pin bearing and decomp. Everything other than the P+C are OEM, but the case will need some repair where the upper dog bolt goes through. I was going to replace the case half, but now I'm thinking of gluing and pinning a washer to keep the bolt in the proper place.

The 460 case I glued back together (w/ PL Premium) about 2 yrs ago is still in service! It had been dropped out of a tree.

A few minor updates from the last few days. After months of it sitting disassembled I decided I was not going to paint my 1-43 so I put it back together for storage. Also, I fabbed up an adapter so I can run a good used Oregon D025 mount bar on my 2100/mill so I won't have to pull the D009 bar off of my 181 every time I want to use the mill. It isn't pretty, but it works!
