On my bench now is still the MS250 and 036 waiting on parts to come in. I have an addition now, an MS660 with a bad P/C. Many people don't have time to rebuild them so they bring them here..

Might make a start on reassembling my echo twin this weekend.

I got alotta jugs to choose from.

Muffler mod is done. Just needs paint.

A bit of panel beating to straighten it out also. It's a spare. I still have a perfect standard one also.

Cst610? My dad scored one but the cylinders where stuffed and I got one off gum tree for $20 but no spark so I'm going to make one good of the 2

Hot water tank after a long 12 today...oh wait that's not on the bench!
Ok,AC blower motor on the Honda. Also not on bench. Dealership wouldn't fix it under recall and it was their thumbs up or down. So yesterday they got to do a black on black truck's airbag recall. With no AC.90+

Jred 90. Replaced fuel lines, switch, repaired crappy connections and tapped starter bolts to 6mm. This saw is beat down hard.image.jpegimage.jpg
Thought I had it licked until I started it and found this little issue. Good points clean and gap fixed that.

Thats a odd one ...the idle seems not to change in speed just sounds like a butterfly valve opens to change the pitch. First things first and sorry if you have been there already. Lines replaced but have you been in the carb ? what happens if you pull the choke on in small steps ?
Edit: missed the bit of txt in between pics about the points ! My apology's ....should have looked more carefully .

A 254xp that my cousin brought over for a carb rebuild, after having a discussion over coffee, he decided that a complete rebuild was really in order. He's had it since new(has one of those 300th year stickers on it) logged with it for years and is his absolute favorite saw(he won't let anyone else use it). Has had countless sets of rings put in it and the last time it had seals was 1996 when it went through a barn fire(top cover is still melted). So I figure I'll try and do a light restoration as well, after all, he was the guy who got me into doing this in the first place, so I figure I better do a real good job.
